Descriptions
Polyurethane resins for Dry-process synthetic leather and PU coated split (action) leather: It is used in manufacturing various synthetic leather through transfer-coating process using release paper on fabric materials of woven & non-woven. It can be applied to garment, shoes, bag, furniture, etc. By selecting process method (Wet, Dry, Semi Dry lamination) according to its kinds of fibers & usages. It is separated into one component skin resin & two component binder resin. And it has flexibility at low temperature, anti-hydrolysis, moisture permeability and softness. It is used in manufacturing PU coated split leather, which is similar to grain leather through transfer coating process using release paper on split leather. It is called as PU resin for action leather. It is divided several grades of PU resins like Nubuck, Pull-up, flexible(especially at low temp.), and foaming type, which can satisfy various needs of users. We already finished developing specialized goods such as pile flocking on split leather and Wet-processed film imitation, which has highly added value.
1-1. component PU for Dry Process
Developed for the application of Dry-processed synthetic leather, 1-component PU is a.thermoplastic Polyurethane resin solution. Once solvent is volatilized, 1-component PU forms film that has highly durable elasticity and strength, which results in chemical and abrasion resistance, low temperature flexibility, and resistance to solvents and chemicals

1-1. component PU adhesive layer
1-component PU adhesive is a thermoplastic Polyurethane solution. Once solvent is volatilized, it.shows strong adhesion, heat resistance, elasticity, and low temperature flexibility.

1-2. Component PU adhesive layer
2-component PU adhesive is an OH terminated Polyurethane solution and when mixed with the proper amount of cross-linking agents and accelerators, it forms a cross-linked film. This newly created film has good adhesion, elasticity, chemical resistance, and resistance to outdoor weathering. The adequate level of hardness may be obtained by controlling the adding amount of cross-linking agents. In order to meet the many prevailing requirements, various specifications are available.
